FRAMING & STRUCTURAL CARPENTRY

Custom Home Framing

Building a custom home? Framing can include its walls, floors and roof, based on the current plans for your new home.

SERVICE SCOPE

What the work can include

Framing creates the wood structure for the rest of a home. The work may include walls, floors, ceilings, roof parts and wall or roof boards, as shown in the plans and agreed work.

Each home has its own design and support details. Share the latest plans. If the design changes, confirm the updated details before the affected framing work starts.

We also help plan scheduling, materials and site logistics, such as crane access, so framing keeps pace with the rest of the build.

What custom-home framing may include

The plans and stage of the build shape the work. A clear quote names which parts of the home will be framed, so both sides know what is included.

  • Walls, floors and ceilings shown on the plans

  • Roof rafters or trusses when the plans call for them

  • Floor, wall or roof boards when included in the agreed work

  • Subfloors, when shown in the plans

Common questions about custom-home framing

Do you work directly with homeowners, or only builders?

Both. We quote the framing scope shown in your plans, whether you are a homeowner or a builder.

Can you help coordinate crane or material deliveries?

Yes. Scheduling, materials and site logistics are part of the framing work we plan with you.

What if the design changes during the build?

Share the updated drawings as soon as they are issued, so we can confirm any affected framing before continuing.
