About the Role
- Reading blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed
- Cutting, shaping and smoothing lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements
- Working knowledge of building codes
- Communicate finished work orders to supervisors
- Follow established procedures
- Lay out floorings, roofing or drywalls, ensuring they are leveled and compatible
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw or pre-constructed items
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of framing experience
Ability to use hand and power tools, including drills, saws, nail guns,..etc
Must have own transportation and be able to travel to various job sites
Owning tools is an asset

Royal Red Builders is a residential custom home framing company. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a qualified Carpenter to cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures according to specifications.
